As you may know, our mission goes beyond real estate! Promise Land Realty Group was built on the tenants of faith, family, financial freedom, philanthropy, generational wealth, real estate education, training, coaching, and community development. These foundational beliefs are held at the core of each member of Promise Land Realty Group.
This year, we have partnered with Victorious Word Church for our 2ND Annual Coat & Coffee drive!
Keeping in mind our mission of spreading warmth one coat at a time, we began working on the event! With each team member being from Flint, donating to an organization in the heart of the city was at the forefront of our minds. It is no secret that families facing homelessness in Flint is on the rise. With more than 200 men, women, and children experiencing homelessness and living in emergency shelters in Flint alone, being cold this winter should not add to their worries. The Shelter of Flint has been instrumental in fighting against homelessness and providing resources to the Flint community since 1983.
Items collected during the coat drive and the Coats and Coffee event will be donated to the Shelter of Flint, which will be distributing them to men, women, and children directly impacted by homelessness.
We are currently looking for businesses and organizations to partner with. The success of the drive will be a result of the generosity of businesses, organizations, and community members, such as yourself.
Would you consider donating on behalf of your business or organization? No donation is too big or too small! With your commitment to donate, we will include your business or organization on all promotional items for the event.

Promise Land Realty Group will collect coats from December 04th - December 31st. Coat donations can be delivered to the drop-off location, Victorious Word Church (G3560 Beecher Rd, Flint, MI 48532), Every Sunday between 11:00 AM EST and 3:00 PM EST. In addition, after-hour coat deliveries can be arranged with a team member.
For Families in need, Coat Pick Up Day will be held at Victorious Word Church on December 21st, from 10:00 AM EST to 2:00 PM EST!
