Is there a cost to join the team or coaching program?
We offer different paths some with no cost and others that include coaching or system access fees. We’ll help you determine the right fit based on your goals.
Do I have to switch to eXp Realty to receive coaching?
Not at all. Our 1-on-1 coaching is available to agents at any brokerage who want help with structure, branding, team-building, or sales.
What type of support will I get?
Depending on your path, you’ll receive personal mentorship, access to team systems, training calls, accountability, and business-building resources.
